Founders at Home is seeking a founding elementary teacher for grades 3-5 to deliver engaging, synchronous virtual instruction and help establish the academic culture and instructional systems of a growing program.

In the inaugural year, you will work with leadership to shape curriculum, build relationships with students and families, and contribute to a scalable, high-quality educational model.

Qualifications

Description

The Founding Elementary Teacher (Grades 3-5) position is responsible for providing engaging, live virtual instruction to students in Grades 3 through 5 while helping establish the academic culture, instructional systems, and traditions of a growing program. As a founding teacher, this individual will play an important role in shaping both the student experience and the future direction of Founders at Home.

During the program’s inaugural year, enrollment is expected to remain intentionally small, allowing teachers to develop meaningful relationships with students and families while collaborating with leadership to build a high-quality, scalable educational model.
