Global Leadership Academy is seeking a Certified Elementary Teacher to join our Cub Campus for grades K–2. The role emphasizes building early literacy, foundational math, and strong classroom routines in a nurturing, student-centered environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida Elementary Education certificate, a bachelor's degree, and shows commitment to collaborative planning, family communication, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and valid Florida Elementary Education certificate required.
• ESOL and Reading endorsements preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience preferred.
• In-person instruction; 10-month contract; Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction across core subjects.
• Build foundational literacy and math skills for K–2.
• Create a safe, structured and supportive classroom environment.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.

• Salary: Starting at $51,000 (based on experience and credentials)

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8-hour workday
• In-person instruction required

Physical Requirements
