Qualifications

• ESL Certification required for Pre-K and elementary positions; SPED certification for Early Childhood campuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning activities designed to fulfill potential and growth.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to district curriculum.
• Prepare lessons with accommodations for individual differences.
• Present content according to TEA guidelines and policies.
• Plan using instructional strategies and technology for diverse needs.
• Assess student learning styles and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education staff on IEPs and curriculum.
• Maintain classroom environment conducive to learning and safety.
• Establish open lines of communication with students and parents.
• Attend faculty meetings and follow Plano ISD policies.
