Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Districts Service Delivery Consultant to join the Districts Service Delivery Partner team, focusing on teacher effectiveness and student success with Pearson’s District Partnerships.

You will hire, onboard, coach, supervise, and evaluate teachers, lead project work for partner schools, and collaborate with School Leaders and HR to fill roles.

This full-time role includes budget oversight, travel as needed, and eligibility for Pearson’s annual incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Master’s degree in a related field required.
• Valid teaching credential (any state).
• Experience supervising educators in an academic setting.
• K-12 teaching experience, virtual teaching experience preferred.
