Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Districts Service Delivery Consultant to focus on teacher effectiveness and student success within District Partnerships. You will hire, onboard, coach, supervise, and evaluate teachers while leading projects with partner schools.

The full-time role involves collaboration across teams, regulatory compliance, and budget management, reporting to the Districts Service Delivery Partner. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Master’s degree in a related field required.
• Valid teaching credential (any state).
• Experience supervising educators in an academic setting.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Leads the delivery of services to a group of partner schools.
• Builds relationships with school leaders to support services.
• Provides leadership to cross-functional teams delivering district services.
• Manages coordination of services to meet partner school needs.
• Hires, supervises, and assesses team performance; provides growth feedback.
• Manages a budget aligned with department priorities.
