Job summary

Pearson seeks a Districts Service Delivery Consultant to support teacher effectiveness and student success through district partnerships. You will hire and onboard teachers, provide professional development, supervise and evaluate staff, and lead departmental projects in collaboration with School Success Partners.

The role focuses on delivering services to partner schools, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing a budget while reporting to the Districts Service Delivery Partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Master’s degree in a related field required.
• Valid teaching credential (any state).
• Experience supervising educators in academic settings.

Responsibilities
