Job summary

Buckled In seeks responsible drivers to transport K-12 students safely to and from school on a part-time basis in York, PA. Earn above-average wages per route with potential bonuses and a comprehensive training program.

As a W2 employee, you will follow a fixed schedule (MONDAY - FRIDAY, 6:00-9:00 am and 1-4:30 pm) and use safety tech in every vehicle. Benefits include 401(k) options and referral opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Own a four-door vehicle in good condition and smartphone.
• Pass onboarding including BCI, FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.
• Read, write and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Be available MONDAY - FRIDAY, 6:00-9:00 am and 1-4:30 pm on weekdays.
