Job summary

TLN Worldwide Enterprises Inc. seeks a STEM Outreach Program Coordinator to support ARL’s K-12 STEM Education and Outreach Program by planning, coordinating, and executing STEM outreach activities, community events, and curriculum support.

This role collaborates with ARL scientists, educators, families, and community partners to ensure programs are well‑organized, tracked, and aligned with goals. Strong project management and hands-on STEM experience are valued.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must be eligible for a Secret clearance.
• Must be eligible for a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Must communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Bachelor’s degree with two years of specialized experience or four years of specialized experience.
• Experience supporting program coordination, outreach programs, events, or related activities.
• Ability to manage correspondence, databases, metrics, and reports.
• Ability to coordinate events, logistics, materials, and on-site support.
• Ability to support K-12 STEM education activities and hands-on learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute STEM outreach programs, events, and demonstrations.
• Support curriculum development and instructional materials creation.
• Provide administrative support and maintain program databases and event records.
• Coordinate with scientists, educators, students, parents, and community partners.
• Oversee maker space operations, safety briefings, and equipment maintenance.
• Assist with safety, compliance, and CNACI requirements for programs with minors.
