Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin’s Center for Human and Robot Co-Adaptation seeks an Education and Outreach Coordinator to advance education, outreach, and workforce-development activities across partner institutions. You will develop programs that broaden participation in STEM, connect research to students and educators, and support NSF reporting.

Responsibilities include coordinating K-12 and university programs, delivering workshops, managing logistics, and building partnerships with schools

Qualifications

Experience coordinating educational, outreach, student-support, or STEM-related programs.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
Familiarity with latest tools and technologies related to outreach work.

Responsibilities

Coordinate K-12, undergraduate, graduate, and community education and outreach programs.
Support workshops, research experiences, internships, mentoring, and educator professional development.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and community organizations.
Coordinate participant recruitment, logistics, communications, scheduling, and event planning.
Create educational materials translating Center research for diverse audiences.
Track participation and outcomes with the Center's evaluation team.
Contribute to NSF reporting and internal communications.
Support initiatives to expand access to STEM education and careers.
Coordinate activities across multiple institutions and research teams.
