Job summary

Harwood Unified Union School District is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Waitsfield, Vermont. The SLP will assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive speech-language services to students with disabilities in alignment with district goals and state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities include developing IEPs, coordinating with related service providers, and delivering interventions within general and specialized settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Vermont Professional Educator’s License with 3-84 Endorsement (Level II preferred).
• Experience with IEPs and school-based service delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students individually and in groups.
• Develop and implement IEPs and evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support communication access across settings.
• Maintain confidential records and participate in MTSS/EST processes.
