Job summary

Solation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to provide contracted services in a California educational setting. The role offers approximately 8 hours per week (0.2 FTE) with flexible scheduling and collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff to support students with mild to moderate needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP credential.
• Active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to assignment).
• Experience working with K-12 students, especially those with mild to moderate speech and language needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language needs.
• Provide direct therapy sessions aligned with IEP goals and state requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
• Offer strategies and resources to staff and caregivers to support student success.
