Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive district near Sonoma, CA. You will work with both middle school and elementary students, delivering direct services and collaborating with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Currently hold SLP or SLPA credential with California licensure.
• Experience with school-aged children in educational settings.
• Strong knowledge of assessment and intervention for speech-language disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students across a split caseload between middle school and elementary school.
• Perform screenings, evaluations, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Consult with educators and families to support student success in and out of the classroom.
• Develop progress reports and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Use evidence-based practices to provide direct and consultative services.
