Job summary

BASIS Benbrook is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist for an immediate start. You will join the Exceptional Student Services team and design effective therapy to close communication gaps, track data, and guide families toward student success.

The role collaborates across campuses and with teachers to align IEP goals with instruction. Licensure and CCC-SLP certification are required; CFY interns are welcome. Competitive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Texas license as a Speech Language Pathologist (TDLR).
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA. CFY internships accepted.

Responsibilities

• IEP management and delivery ensuring 100% implementation of services.
• Coordinate ARD timelines and document ARDs and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Diagnosticians, LSSPs, and OT for dual ARDs and TEA compliance.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and interpret assessment tools.
• Maintain Therapy Notes, Logs, and progress reports; submit quarterly therapy logs.
