Qualifications

• Hold a current Texas Speech and Language Pathologist Certification (SLP-CCC)
• Experience delivering speech and language services in educational or pediatric settings
• Ability to manage a varied K-12 caseload
• Strong knowledge of evaluation procedures and IEP management
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough speech/language assessments and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs aligned to student needs
• Provide direct therapy and consultative support for students and educators
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and professional dialogues
• Maintain clear records in line with district/state standards
• Take on additional responsibilities as discussed during interviews
