Unlimited Instruction, LLC in Dayton, OH, is seeking an Instructional Quality & Support Specialist (K-12) to lead coaching, observations, and classroom support for special education programs. This temporary assignment offers day-time schedule and hourly compensation.

You will conduct formal and informal observations, provide actionable feedback, design coaching plans, and collaborate with instructors and school leaders to improve instructional quality and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of instructional best practices and pedagogy.
• Experience with instructional coaching and observation cycles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive instructional improvement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and informal classroom observations of instructors.
• Provide actionable instructional feedback on pedagogy, classroom management, and delivery.
• Develop and implement instructional coaching plans.
• Serve as the primary pedagogical resource and instructional coach.
• Provide real-time instructional guidance and problem-solving support.
• Collaborate to implement coaching cycles and support continuous improvement.
• Monitor program implementation and support instructors with materials and expectations.
• Track and support operational needs including timekeeping and reporting.
• Design and deliver professional development sessions for instructors.
