Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide school-based SLPA services in Indianapolis, IN. You will work under an SLP, delivering direct therapy aligned with IEP goals and supporting data collection and progress documentation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and families to reinforce communication strategies across environments. A strong foundation in organization and written/verbal communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Current SLPA license or certification (or eligible to obtain) in the service state.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech therapy services to students under SLP supervision.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and track progress.
• Support SLP with screenings, data collection, and informal assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and families to reinforce communication strategies.
• Maintain therapy notes, service logs, and progress documentation.
• Prepare therapy materials and adapt activities for individual needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as appropriate.
