Job summary

Point Quest Group in Greenfield, IN is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based therapy to K-12 students. You'll assess, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct services aligned with IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and families.

The role requires an active SLP license in Indiana (or eligibility), a DCS background check, and strong communication and organizational skills. Clinical fellows welcome.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain).
• Criminal and DCS background checks.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Preferred: One year of experience in speech therapy (clinical fellows welcome).
• Department of Education certification.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs.
• Experience with school-based caseload management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours.
