Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role across three local school sites in Newberry, SC. You will support students’ communication growth with a manageable caseload of approximately 40, primarily elementary, while traveling between sites as needed.

This role offers both full-time (37.5 hours/week) and part-time options (minimum 3 days/week) throughout the school year, with collaborative teamwork and opportunities to impact students’ academic

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active SLP-CCC credential and eligibility for state licensure.
• Experience in school settings preferred.
• Ability to travel between three local school sites as needed.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy services and language interventions for students with communication needs.
• Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and develop IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to implement IEP goals.
• Provide guidance to paraprofessionals on effective strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and progress.
