Job summary

SESI emphasizes social-emotional services within a multidisciplinary team, delivering individual or group counseling and collaborating with families to advance student success.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical professional licensure (LPC/LCPC, LCSW/LMSW, or LMHC/LCMHC) required.
• Master’s degree in social work, human services, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in school, special education, or behavior health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, or IEP/BIP-aligned counseling services to students.
• Collaborate on creating IEPs, including social-emotional goals and meetings.
• Complete assessments, analyze data, and develop functional behavior plans.
• Apply behavior management strategies and crisis de-escalation when needed.
• Support social-emotional learning and collaborate with external partners.
