The position requires an MSW and a valid Colorado school social worker endorsement (or eligibility by start date). Remote work is not offered; compensation includes benefits and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Colorado CDE Special Services Provider license with School Social Worker endorsement (or eligibility by start date)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and crisis response skills

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and social-emotional development
• Support crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning as needed
• Participate in IEP, MTSS, and student support team meetings
• Conduct assessments related to social-emotional and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Support attendance, engagement, and wraparound services for students and families
• Assist in developing and implementing intervention plans
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
• Connect families to community resources and supports
