Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 academic year in Grayson, KY. The school-based contract covers a K-12 caseload, with a focus on communication and academic success.

CFs are encouraged to apply alongside experienced SLPs. Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, progress monitoring, multidisciplinary collaboration, and thorough documentation to meet district, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active KY licensure or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP certification or CFY eligibility required.
• Experience with school-aged students preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to K-12 students in a school setting.
• Conduct evaluations, complete assessments, and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust goals as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation meeting district, state, and federal guidelines.
