Job summary

You will manage a diverse caseload, conduct assessments, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families. The schedule mirrors the traditional school day with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for Speech-Language Pathology license (CFY or CCC accepted).
• Experience or strong interest in school settings.
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently.
• Skilled in assessment, intervention, and the development of IEPs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with teachers, families, and young children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to preschoolers primarily during morning hours.
• Transition to elementary schools in the afternoon to provide additional support.
• Conduct assessments, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain records per school/state guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and families to implement interventions and support student progress.
• Maintain flexibility while traveling between sites as needed throughout the week.
