Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students from ages 2 through 22 in a full-time contract role. The position offers 37.5 hours per week, with CFY considered for Delaware licensure and a focus on diverse communication needs.

You'll conduct assessments, develop IEP-aligned objectives, and deliver therapy across augmentative communication, articulation, voice, feeding, and language development. Join a collaborative team dedicated to student growth.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Delaware SLP license (SLP or CFY).
• Experience with moderate to severe disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech language therapy to students ages 2–22.
• Support the development of social language and functional communication.
• Conduct assessments and create clear, individualized reports.
• Support IEP development and participate in meetings with families and educators.
