Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in a full-time contract near Swarthmore, PA. Whether you are a seasoned SLP or CFY, you will help students develop communication skills in a collaborative school setting.

Responsibilities include developing IEPs, conducting assessments, documenting progress, and working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• PA SLP license required
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• CFY allowed
• Comfort with K-12 ages and diverse needs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Open to onsite or virtual service delivery

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to K-12 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
• Conduct assessments and document progress
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise
• Utilize current therapy techniques and support virtual interventions
