Enspire Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC‑SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to serve K‑12 students in the Greater Philadelphia area. The role emphasizes collaboration, supervision, and workload balance within a multidisciplinary team.

You will provide evaluations, direct therapy, develop IEP-focused goals, and participate in team planning to ensure student success while benefiting from administrative support and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure
• CCC‑SLP certification (ASHA) or eligibility for CF program
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to high-quality, student-centered services

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Monitor student progress and modify treatment strategies as needed
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with families and educational staff to support student communication goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with timelines
