Qualifications

• Valid Delaware SLP license (required for consideration).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort working in both in-school and homebound environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to flex with caseload and placement changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students in a school setting and to homebound learners as assigned.
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with educational and medical staff, as well as families.
• Complete thorough documentation in a timely manner.
• Adjust schedules and services to meet the evolving needs of the district.
