Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract opportunity near Ann Arbor, MI. Join our team to support elementary, middle, and high school students, delivering assessments, therapy, and IEP collaboration in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan
• Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Ability to engage with children and adolescents across a variety of grade levels
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and relevant documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to students in elementary, middle, and high school environments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student goals
• Conduct evaluations, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Advise faculty and staff on best practices for supporting students with communication challenges
