Job summary

Taher, Inc. is seeking a dedicated team member for our Minneapolis location. You will follow recipes to the letter, prepare meals with proper portions, ensure food safety and appealing presentation, and maintain a clean workstation.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow safe food handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times.
• Execute recipes to the letter.
• Prepare meals by using correct portioning and temperatures.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Follows and completes production sheets.
• Meet deadlines in daily workload.
• Store or discard excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Set up and tear down of workstation.
• Receive and unpack food deliveries.
• Ensure food and supply items are stored per standards.
• Polite and professional communication style.
• Understand and utilize FIFO.
• Perform other related duties as requested by leadership.
