Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times.
• Execute recipes to the letter.
• Prepare meals by using correct portioning and meeting standards.
• Ensure food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Complete production sheets and meet deadlines.
• Store or discard excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Set up and tear down workstation.
• Receive and unpack food deliveries.
• Ensure items are stored per standards.
• Maintain polite and professional communication.
• Understand and utilize FIFO.
• Perform other duties as requested by leadership.
