Job summary

Taher, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Food Service Director to lead a K-12 school lunch program from Minnesota. You will manage client relationships, budgets, and P&L while guiding daily kitchen operations to deliver high-quality, compliant meals.

You’ll partner with the Food Service Director, build trust with staff and families, and lead a team to meet service and financial goals. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of food service leadership experience.
• An associate degree in hospitality, dietetics, or related field.
• Must be able to pass school background checks and screenings.
• Current ServSafe Manager certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hands-on management and training of kitchen staff.
• Develop menus aligned with USDA Child Nutrition guidelines.
• Maintain HACCP and all food safety standards.
