Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support K-8 students in a welcoming school near Litchfield Park, AZ. You will work four days per week on a full-time schedule, implementing treatment plans under supervision to help students grow academically and functionally.

Holds an active AZ COTA license; pediatric experience preferred; strong communication and teamwork; ability to work independently with teachers, therapists, and families; weekly pay and a supportive

Qualifications

• Holds an active Arizona COTA license.
• At least one year of pediatric experience (school-based preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and partner effectively with Occupational Therapists, educators, and families.

Responsibilities

• Carry out occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Support IEP development, including setting and tracking achievable goals for students.
• Aid students in enhancing fine motor, sensory, self-care, and other functional abilities in the classroom.
• Document daily progress and maintain up-to-date, accurate records.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth and success.
