Job summary

KP Reddy Co. is seeking experienced owner's representatives and program managers with expertise in K-12 school districts to work on flexible, contract-based projects. The role allows candidates to manage specific projects or provide part-time support while utilizing the firm’s resources and technology platform.

Ideally, candidates should have over 15 years of experience in construction management, especially in K-12 construction, and possess excellent communication skills. This position offers the flexibility to work on your terms with competitive compensation options.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction project management or program management.
• Demonstrated track record in managing K-12 construction projects.
• Excellent communication and executive presence required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide owner's representation on construction and renovation projects.
• Serve as trusted advisor on budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.
• Support business development and mentor junior staff.
• Navigate state and local education requirements.
