Job summary

KP Reddy Co. is looking for experienced owner's representatives and program managers in the United States with expertise in K-12 public education projects. Candidates should have a proven track record in managing significant school construction projects and a strong network within school districts.

This role offers the autonomy to manage client relationships while utilizing Brookwood's resources and technology. Competitive compensation includes project-based incentives and meaningful equity participation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction project management, program management, or owner's representation.
• Demonstrated track record managing $25M+ K-12 school construction projects.
• Strong working relationships with school districts, public school administrators, and education boards.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new school construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Cultivate client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Serve as the owner's trusted advisor on budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm-wide knowledge and best practices.
