Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager to support a reputable K-12 school district near Menlo Park, CA. The role emphasizes managing school construction, modernization, and capital improvement projects in accordance with DSA requirements.

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from planning through closeout, coordinating budgets, schedules, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with public-sector standards. Strong project delivery in K-12 education is preferred.

Competenze

• Knowledge and experience planning, managing & coordinating all aspects of project, scope & cost for multiple projects.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and re-evaluate scope and adjust when necessary.
• Experience coordinating with cost management for cost estimates and budget reconciliation.
• Experience with Value Engineering and design management.
