Cumming Group, a leading project and cost management consultancy, seeks a Project Manager to oversee K-12 school district projects near Menlo Park, CA. You’ll manage planning through closeout, coordinating budgets, schedules, consultants, and contractors, while ensuring DSA compliance and public-sector standards.

The role requires strong PM skills, client coordination, and experience delivering complex school facilities.

Competenze

• Experience planning, managing and coordinating scope, schedule and cost for multiple projects.
• Ability to monitor and re-evaluate scope and recommend adjustments.
• Experience with cost estimates, cost studies, and budget reconciliation.
• Value engineering to identify savings and substitutions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex programs.
