Cumming Group, Mountain View, CA, seeks a Project Manager to lead K-12 construction, modernization, and capital improvements, overseeing planning through closeout while ensuring DSA compliance and stakeholder alignment.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in PM/CM/engineering, DSA experience, and a track record delivering multi-site school projects within budget and schedule. This full-time role offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualificações

• BS in Construction, CM, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• DSA project experience required; K-12 bond program experience ideal.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value Engineer the project by identifying opportunities for savings and ensuring material substitutions are equal.
• Manage the on-site project stakeholders.
• Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal at the project outset.
• Evaluate documents and communicate the client’s specific goals and expectations to all project team members.
• Develop and communicate action plans that will lead the project team throughout the project.
