Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a dedicated itinerant Physical Therapist to support K-12 students across multiple school sites in South Carolina. This full-time contract runs from now through May 24, 2027, with onsite responsibilities and weekly travel between campuses to implement individualized interventions.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina PT license is required.
• Experience delivering PT services in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
• Ability to work with K-12 learners across ages and abilities.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Collaboration across multidisciplinary teams is essential.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for itinerant travel between school sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite PT services for students in accordance with IEPs.
• Complete comprehensive evaluations and document progress data.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs.
• Travel to multiple schools within the district each week (itinerant position).
• Develop creative interventions to promote student independence and participation in school activities.
