Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for a school-based contract in Texas. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, serving a diverse K-12 caseload with both consultation and direct services.

The assignment runs ASAP through May 20, 2027, with potential for local or travel therapists and some supervision considerations for PTAs. You will evaluate and treat students, generate progress reports, and collaborate with school staff within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Experience delivering PT services in schools or pediatric settings.
• Strong reporting and evaluation skills.
• Ability to manage a mixed consult and direct service caseload.
• Flexible to respond to changes within the assignment (including the possibility of a 30-day notice if a direct hire is found)
• Open to both PTs and PTAs (with appropriate supervision)

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students.
• Write detailed progress reports for each student.
• Deliver consultative and direct PT services to students.
