Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a part‑time Physical Therapist to support a diverse K-12 student population in a school setting near Alvin, TX. The ideal candidate will provide evaluations, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families to ensure student success.

This part‑time contract runs from August 11, 2026, to May 27, 2027, with on-site work required one day per week and weekly pay. Experience with education settings and strong communication are preferred to deliver high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Texas Physical Therapist Certification required.
• Previous experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in evaluating students and writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for students in kindergarten through twelfth grade.
• Design, implement, and monitor appropriate IEP goals and therapy interventions in collaboration with educational teams.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with all relevant policies.
• Consult with educators and parents to support student success in school-based settings.
• Flexibly support students with diverse abilities; further caseload details will be discussed during the interview.
