Job summary

Covelo Group is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) for a school-based role in Concord, CA. This position offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends and pay up to $26 per hour, with weekly pay and the possibility of full-time or part-time employment.

You'll provide one-on-one and small-group support to K-12 students, reinforce positive behaviors, and assist with IEP/504 goals under the supervision of school staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active BLS certification.
• Experience working with children in schools, ABA, behavioral health, childcare, or similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students throughout the school day.
• Help students stay engaged, focused, and successful in the classroom.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and support behavior intervention strategies.
• Assist with IEP and 504 plan goals as directed by the school team.
• Track student progress and complete daily documentation.
• Partner with teachers and school staff to support student success.
