Idaho State University in Pocatello or Meridian is seeking a K-12 Program Manager for the Albion Institute. This role leads the K–12 portfolio, coordinates course delivery, and supervises educational content specialists to ensure high-quality learner support.

Promotional opportunity for current ISU employees; not eligible for visa sponsorship. Hybrid remote options may be available as approved by the hiring manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in education or a related field.
• At least three years of progressively responsible professional experience in educational product or program management, educational program administration, continuing education, professional development, online learning, or a related area.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating programs, courses, projects, or services involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and operational requirements.
• Demonstrated experience supervising employees, including assigning work, coaching performance, providing feedback, and supporting professional development.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day administration, staffing, and operational delivery of the K–12 portfolio; set priorities and ensure accountability for results.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve processes, workflows, and service standards; represent K–12 needs in center meetings.
• Supervise educational content specialists and oversee course graders; provide coaching and performance evaluations.
