Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to join our national team of trainers and deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This is a flexible, independent contractor role that is remote-friendly; you bring classroom experience, we provide ready-to-deliver materials, trainer certification, and a supportive national community of trainers behind you.

You will be paid per training event, with earnings based on effort, experience, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher or education professional.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Excellent presentation and training skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development.
• Support teachers in classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Provide trainings to public, private, and charter schools nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with professionalism and passion.
