Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to join our national team of trainers delivering classroom management and student engagement trainings. This remote-friendly independent contractor role leverages your classroom experience with ready-to-deliver materials and trainer certification.

You will train in diverse settings for public, private, and charter schools nationwide, with no quotas, flexible scheduling, and support from a national community of trainers.

Qualifications

• Are a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Light up in front of a room and enjoy presenting, training, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Want flexible work that fits around your current position, family, or retirement.
• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development that gets rave reviews from teachers because it actually works on Monday morning.
• Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement using strategies refined over 30+ years.
• Draw on your real-world experience to support public, private, and charter schools and districts nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with what we call the three P's: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve.
