Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to join our national team of trainers delivering classroom management and student engagement training. This remote-friendly contract role comes with complete ready-to-deliver materials, trainer certification, and a supportive national community behind you.

Trainers are paid per training event, with earnings based on experience, availability, and engagement; you will never start from scratch.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 educator or education professional.
• Experience presenting, training, or coaching adults.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development.
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Support public, private, and charter schools and districts nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion.
