Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to join our national team of trainers and deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This is a remote-friendly independent contractor opportunity with ready-to-deliver materials and trainer certification.

You bring classroom experience and credibility; we provide three decades of proven content, ongoing support, and a community of trainers across the country. Trainer pay is per event and depends on engagement and availability.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Strong presentation, training, coaching, or adult-learning leadership skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Flexible schedule that fits around another job or retirement.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development that earns rave reviews.
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with long-tested strategies.
• Support public, private, and charter schools and districts nationwide with real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's: personality, professionalism, passion.
