Job summary

Time To Teach seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training to teachers nationwide. This flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role requires no quotas and no curriculum to write; you bring classroom credibility, and we provide ready-to-use materials.

Trainers complete Time To Teach certification (a three-day virtual program) before delivering their first event, enjoy a warm national trainer community, and have the freedom to fit work

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners in front of a room.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Many trainers maintain full-time positions while doing this work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with proven strategies.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide using real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for educators.
