Job summary

Time To Teach is expanding its national team of trainers and seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training.

This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role with no quotas, ready-to-deliver materials, and certification included. You bring classroom credibility; we provide everything else.

Represent Time To Teach with professionalism while serving schools nationwide; you bring credibility and passion for educators you serve.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Want work that fits your life (many trainers keep their full-time positions).

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's we look for: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve
