Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training on a flexible, remote-friendly basis. You bring classroom credibility; we provide polished materials, certification, and a national network of trainers.

This independent contractor role offers per-event compensation with no quotas, allowing trainers to balance full-time jobs or retirement life while making a real impact on thousands of students.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Work that fits your life (many trainers keep their full-time positions).

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's: personality, professionalism, and passion for educators you serve.
