Job summary

Time To Teach is expanding its national trainer network and seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. Flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor work with ready-to-deliver materials and a three-day trainer certification.

Trainers are paid per training event; earnings vary with effort, experience, and engagement. No quotas, no curriculum to write, and complete support materials provided.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher or equivalent experience.
• Enjoy presenting, coaching, and leading adult learners.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Desire flexible, quota-free work that fits your life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development to teachers for immediate use.
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with professionalism and passion in trainings.
• Deliver trainings remotely or in person when needed.
