Time To Teach invites experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training as independent contractors. Training materials are ready-to-deliver, with no quotas or curriculum creation required, and ample flexibility to fit around other commitments.

Trainers are paid per event, with a certification program delivered virtually, and join a warm national community of educators. The model emphasizes real impact and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Currently teaching or retired K-12 with classroom experience.
• Comfortable presenting and coaching adult learners.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to keep full-time positions while training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development to teachers.
• Help schools strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
